Campbell Creek/Deloro

The subdivision of Campbell Creek and Deloro is located 25 minutes east of Kamloops. These two neighbourhoods offer a quieter, relaxed pace of life as they are located just outside the major shopping centres. Deloro is divided by the Lafarge Bridge which is located just past the Wildlife Park in Campbell Creek. The other section of Deloro is on the south side of the South Thompson River just off Highway 1. The most common attraction that is located in the Campbell Creek area is the BC Wildlife Park  which is a popular attraction for families and visitors to the area.

With the distance from downtown Kamloops, this community offers far more options for outdoor enthusiasts. There are many snow shoeing and cross country skiing trails that wind around the hillside, as well as horseback riding, hiking and walking trails to enjoy in the warmer months. A boat launch is located just off the highway for those who enjoy water activities. For those that enjoy golfing, Rivershore Golf Course is located just minutes down the road.
