Summer is in full swing, the kids are out of school, vacations are planned and houses are starting to pop up for sale on every other street! Compared to this time last year, seeing the same number of listings coming on market with a slight dip in sales. To be expected when you look at overall market conditions across the Province, and with a higher average list price it will have some carry over to which category of homes are moving. Across the city, the under $400,000 continues to lead the way in fastest sales with the largest pool of purchasers eagerly moving up and getting into the market.
