Valleyview/Rose Hill

Located just minutes from downtown Kamloops, Valleyview offers large, flat lots and is a wonderful neighborhood to live in, young or old. Residents here can choose from bareland strata developments, lots, mobiles, townhouses, duplexes and single family homes, as well as many river-front properties along the Thompson River.

Juniper Heights is accessed by passing through Valleyivew along Highland Road. One of the highlights of living in the area is having quick access to the Kamloops Bike Ranch, which is a 26 hectare area along the silt bluffs and grasslands. Kamloops has a reputation in the sport of mountain biking, and for many years our hills have been featured in magazines and films. 

Rose Hill is an exclusive community in Valleyview that is located above the Valleyview neighbourhood. Rose Hill Road is a long, windy road that leads up into a serene, forested area high above the valley giving you unbelievable, panaromic views of the city and river. and into this community.  The area includes executive, custom homes to small rustic ranches.

HISTORY

Rose Hill inherited its name from John and Rose Anderson who were the first settlers in the area in 1903.

SCHOOLS
